Strength and Conditioning Class
A strength-and-conditioning program that is specially designed for kids and their specific developmental needs and helps them to develop a lifelong love of fitness. In a group setting, children participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well-rounded athletes.
All of our youth classes are strength based with emphasis on injury prevention, speed, endurance, agility, and mobility. The classes are designed to enhance your athlete’s athletic performance and build the muscles that re-enforce the joints other soft tissues to prevent injury from happening.The Strength and Conditioning for Little Warriors are intended for kids, ages 6-12.
